With 12 years of experience, over 635 successfully delivered projects, and more than 43453 hours of rendering power, we have become a driving force behind cutting-edge visual communication. Our portfolio spans from high-end 3D animations, interactive 3D elements and cinematic product showcases to complex greenscreen or virtual production setups, blending the real and the virtual with seamless precision.
We are deeply embedded in the creative ecosystem: partnering with Austria’s top advertising agencies and co-producing AVBaby Virtual Production, the nation’s second-ever Virtual Production Studio.

Many of the best products fail not because of their quality, but due to their presentation. Bridging this gap has been the mission of Morris Etienne Stux, founder and Creative Technologist of HYBRID VISUALS, for over 12 years.
He found his drive early on: bringing the feel of big-screen cinema into advertising, with a sharp focus on visual effects. This fascination led to the creation of THE RENDERERS in 2014, which he grew into a 9-person studio. Today, the company operates under the name HYBRID VISUALS, aiming to be among Europe’s leading CGI and VFX destinations for advertising and product staging.
His approach is highly technical: ranging from high-end CGI (Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Redshift) and visual effects (Nuke, After Effects) to proprietary pipeline tools and self-built rendering infrastructures. Today, this foundation also enables the use of self-hosted software and AI, fully compliant with GDPR and the AI Act.
In addition to his operational work, Morris is active as a guest lecturer at FH Joanneum (Master’s: Media Design, Visual Effects), a member of the consortium at AVBaby Virtual Production Studios, and a representative for the visual effects industry at the WKO (Austrian Federal Economic Chamber).
In an industry where one’s own ideas are often louder than the client’s needs, he takes a different approach: advising instead of pushing through, listening instead of trying to persuade. Because in the end, it is not one’s own vision that counts, but what truly moves the product and the client forward.
